Created by John Masius and produced by Martha Williamson, the series stars Roma Downey, as an angel named Monica, and Della Reese, as her supervisor Tess. Throughout the series, Monica is tasked with bringing guidance and messages from God to various people who are at a crossroads in their lives. Angela Anaconda is a Canadian cutout animation television series that aired on the channels Teletoon in Canada and Fox Family in the United States. It centers on the adventures of an eight-year-old girl named Angela who lives in the fictional town of Tapwater Springs, has wacky brothers, weird friends, and hates a snobbish faux-French girl named Nanette Manoir. Angela Anaconda began as a short skit on the Nickelodeon show Kablam!. It later became a series and aired on Fox Family from 1999 to 2002. Each episode consisted of two 11-minute stories. In 2001, when Disney bought Fox Family and changed the network's name to ABC Family, Angela was moved and canceled after two months. Reruns returned to Nickelodeon in 2004 only to be removed about a month later. The show was created by Joanna Ferrone and Sue Rose, who also voices Angela. Sue Rose created the cartoon character Fido Dido as well as Disney's Pepper Ann and Nickelodeon's Unfabulous. The show was produced by DHX Media and C.O.R.E. Digital Pictures. It premiered on Cartoon Network in the UK, and also aired there on PopGirl; it also aired on POP TV in Slovenia and ABC1 and ABC2 in Australia. The show features a very distinct art style of Clip Art Animation, reminiscent of Terry Gilliam's animation from Monty Python's Flying Circus, in which all the characters are made out of cutouts of black-and-white photographs. They would have different models come in and take about 30 or more pictures for each mouth movement and use different face models for the main characters.

Charlie's Angels 2011

Charlie's Angels is a remake developed by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar for ABC, based upon the 1976 series of the same name created by Ivan Goff and Ben Roberts. The series ran on ABC from September 22 to November 10, 2011. A remake of the original show had been in the works since 2009. Although there were going to be 13 episodes to be aired, production of Charlie's Angels ended on October 14, 2011 after airing only four episodes due to extremely poor ratings and critical reviews. It burned off three of the remaining four episodes and concluded its run on ABC on November 10, 2011. The show's critically negative reviews focused on its acting, plot, and action scenes. Charlie's Angels is currently available on DVD from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Fallen Angels is an American neo-noir anthology television series that ran from 1993 to 1995 on the Showtime pay cable station and was produced by Propaganda Films. No first-run episodes were shown in 1994. The series was executive produced by Sydney Pollack and produced by Steve Golin and others. The theme song was written by Elmer Bernstein and the original music was written by Peter Bernstein. Period torch songs by performers like Patti Page and Billie Holiday were used periodically. In Europe, the show is known as Perfect Crimes and shown in France on Canal +, and in England.

Angels in America 2003

Angels in America is a 2003 HBO miniseries adapted from the Pulitzer Prize-winning play of the same name by Tony Kushner. Kushner adapted his original text for the screen, and Mike Nichols directed. Set in 1985, the film has at its core the story of two couples whose relationships dissolve amidst the backdrop of Reagan era politics, the spreading AIDS epidemic, and a rapidly changing social and political climate. HBO broadcast the film in various formats: two 3-hour chunks that correspond to "Millennium Approaches" and "Perestroika", as well as six 1-hour "chapters" that roughly correspond to an act or two of each of these plays; the first three chapters were initially broadcast on December 7, 2003 to international acclaim, with the final three chapters following. Angels in America was the most-watched made-for-cable film in 2003, garnering much critical acclaim and multiple Golden Globe and Emmy awards, among other numerous accolades. In 2006, Seattle Times listed the series amongst "Best of the filmed AIDS portrayals" on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of AIDS.
